Atlantis Retreat Portugal 2022
General
The Atlantis Retreat in Portugal will take place from 09/05/2022 to 09/09/2022.
You have to organize your arrival and departure as well as your accommodation yourself.
Please plan your arrival so that you arrive on September 5th. between 09:00 and 09:30 in the seminar villa.
The exact address will be given after booking.
The retreat ends on September 9th. in the evening after a meal together.
By registering, the terms and conditions are accepted.
The registration is binding once the registration confirmation has been sent.
terms of payment
If you register by July 31, 2022, you will have to pay the Early Bird price of €1,800 (incl. VAT).
If you register after August 1st, 2022, the payment of € 2,640 (incl. VAT) is due.

withdrawal/cancellation
If you cancel up to 14 days before the start of the retreat, a fee of 80% of the
total amount.
If you cancel 13-0 days before the start of the retreat, a fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
A no-show fee of 100% of the total amount will be charged.
There are also no refunds for later arrivals or early departures
possible.
We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

Your participation in the retreat is voluntary.
With your registration you declare and confirm that you take full responsibility for yourself and your actions inside and outside the group. The suggestions of the group leader on site are suggestions that you follow voluntarily according to your own decision or not.
You are fully responsible for your physical and mental health at all times. You are in full possession of your mental faculties and take full personal responsibility for yourself during group events, during your free time and on the outward and return journey. You also assume responsibility for any damage caused by you in the seminar villa, in the seminar room and in the outside area of the villa.
In the event of damage/defects/losses/accidents/unpredictability, such as force majeure/natural disasters, pandemics, political/economic events, system errors, etc., you release the group management from any liability claims.
